Maximum loan-to-value (LTV)	75%
Lending areas	Major urban centres of British Columbia and Alberta
Mortgage amount	$50,000–$500,000
Eligible properties	Single-family dwellings, condominium units, townhomes and acreages
Term	1 year
Placement fee	1.5% or $2,500 minimum, whichever is higher

Commercial
Mortgage position	First & second mortgages
Maximum loan-to-value (LTV)	75%
Lending areas	Major urban centres of British Columbia and Alberta
Mortgage amount	$50,000–$500,000
Eligible properties	Retail, office and mixed-use properties
